Pros and cons of Journaling app for iPhone and iPad

Journaling app good for

Very nice app to keep a diary. You can add existing photos or take new ones, and you can synchronize your diary with other iOS devices via Dropbox. - i would have given five stars, but it is not possible to "turn pages" to read your entries, i.e. swipe directly from one day to the next. Instead, you have to use the back-button to the calendar, and click on the next day. That is not very convenient and should be changed soon.
I am truly grateful to sit and journal and be able to add photos When I look back on my past entries they are beautiful lo review. Thank you
This app has it all. I had looked at many and this one delivers. A bargain for all it includes for the price I love the colour options (you need to swipe sideways as with most apps to view and select) Lots of selections- font, size, picture, drawing!! You can easily doodle with this app. All without it being overwhelming and so easy to use. A very intuitive app. Kept getting better the more I used it
as usual they provide reliable and easy to use applications. the only feature I found missing is to be able to have more than one journal. (ex: personal and work)
Any entry is part of the calendar with possible photo and sections. Great app.

Some bad moments

Only thing that could stand to be fixed with this app is that when you try to speak, instead of using the keyboard, it will crash. Its done it on my iPad (actually crashed and had to restart) and the app crashed on my iPhone. Other than this, I really dig this easy yo use app! Great job
This developer makes high quality apps. And the calendar and entry button are simple and just what I needed to journal more often. I like to keep a record of events every day and this makes it easy plus I can sync with Google Drive in case I need to access my journal outside the app.
The inline picture function and lists are great. Whole thing works easily and looks great
I have decided this year (2014) to transition from paper Journaling to digital Journaling. I have been using Notemaster for a year and a half or so, and been very pleased with that app. Since Journaling has the same features as Notemaster incorporated into a calendar Journaling purpose it was a natural transition into the Journaling app. I have been using Journaling as my digital Journaling app for a month now, and I will not return to paper Journaling notebooks. One request would be if the reminder function could include a reminder two or three times per day.
I have tried several other Journaling apps and this is by far the best. The only issue I appear to have is that his app seems to run my iPad battery down at a rapid rate including that the iPad gets warm. None of my other apps do this.
App keeps crashing. Keep losing journal entries. There is no save button so you know they have been saved. Very skimpy "help" available. Cant make entries on any day except the present day, so cant go back and make a journal entry for an earlier date. Very rudimentary program. Not worth a dime let alone $1.99. So sorry I bought. Want my money back!
